The restoration work focused on restoring the exterior of the building, including details of the facade and front entrances. The specialists restored the original appearance to the exterior of the building, as well as recreated the window structures with original fittings. The facade was painted and the basement was finished. The entrances have also been renovated.

Another building that underwent major repairs was the high-rise building on Krasnye Vorota, located at 21/1 Sadovo-Spasskaya Street. In 2024, specialists renovated the facade of the building.
