The Ministry of Finance explained the reasons for the short-term unavailability of "Public Services"

The Gosulugi portal is operating normally, and its short-term unavailability, which some users encountered, was caused by technical work being carried out on the site. This was announced on September 14 by the Ministry of Digital Development, Communications and Mass Media of the Russian Federation.

"The Public Services Portal is functioning normally. At the moment, information security specialists (information security specialists. — Ed.) do not record violations in his work," the agency said in a Telegram channel message.

The ministry clarified that the observed interference, in particular, the slow loading of pages noted by some citizens, was related to the work of Rostelecom's technical service.

On September 15, Alexander Izhko, acting head of the Department of Licensing, control and supervision in the field of mass communications at Roskomnadzor, reported disruptions in the operation of the Rostelecom network.
