Medvedev ruled out the existence of a state without government
The state will not be able to exist in conditions of anarchy. This was announced on September 14 by Deputy Chairman of the Security Council Dmitry Medvedev, speaking about the preliminary results of a Single voting Day in the Russian Federation.
"A country cannot exist without power. <...> If the government starts to "crumble", there will be trouble," RIA Novosti quoted him as saying.
In addition, Medvedev recalled the 90s, when the country went through such an experience. He also added that power begins at the municipal and regional levels, as well as with the heads of regions.
