The Second Western District Military Court sentenced a second-year student of the Peoples' Friendship University of Russia. Patrice Lumumba (RUDN University), having found him guilty of financing ISIS (IG, a terrorist organization banned in the Russian Federation). One of the participants in the trial told TASS on September 14 that the accused had fully admitted his guilt and repented.
