Argentine Ambassador to Russia Enrique Ignacio Ferrer Vieira said on September 14 that he considers Moscow to be a clean and safe city with a developed infrastructure.

"When my wife and I arrived in Moscow, we were very impressed with the city. It seemed to us not only clean and safe, but also the most capitalistic of all places we have been," he said in an interview with RBC.
