From "Obshchak" to "Dashing" and back
The nineties are still one of the topics for filmmakers to explore, as confirmed by the premieres in last week's secular calendar. On Tuesday, September 9, the industry gathered at the Khudozhestvenny cinema, where a special episode of the second chapter of the crime drama "Dashing" by Yuri Bykov was shown. In the sequel, the director himself tries on the role of a criminal bandit named Arnold. Artyom Bystrov, Egor Kenzhametov, Elena Nikolaeva, Polina Maksimova, Anna Zavtur, Philip Yankovsky will return to their roles. At the end of an era, in search of a better life, the main characters will travel to Moscow, where they will meet with local authorities.
The project was presented by the creative team, Paulina Andreeva came to support her colleagues, who chose an elegant black suit for the event, actors Kuzma and Daria Kotreleva preferred minimalistic bows with jeans, Svyatoslav Rogozhan and Mila Yershova also appeared in paired images, adding a special detail — motorcycle helmets in their hands.
In continuation of the story, on Friday, September 12, the premiere of the documentary project about the dashing "Obshchak. The main organized criminal group of Russia". The plot focuses on the story of the group that seized power in the Far East in the 90s, told by witnesses and direct participants in the events.

"Pioneers of their time with criminal tendencies," recalls one of the heroes, who became a part of this world as a young man. Others openly talk about why they joined the "Obshchak", about the parties they played in order to take control, in other words, to start "protecting" this or that merchant, and most importantly, why they became part of the criminal world and what it cost. Evgeny Demin also took part in the film, who found himself in the group at the age of 12 when his father asked him for help in one of the cases, and whose story eventually formed the basis of the TV series "Dashing".
Grigory Leps opened a restaurant
The most high-profile event in the field of gastronomy last week was the opening of the pan-Asian restaurant Leps Restaurant & Singer Club. It was no coincidence that the event broke into the secular agenda — Grigory Leps became the ideological mastermind of the project. He personally welcomed the distinguished audience to the establishment for two days in a row (it was said that on the first day the guests were so serious that their faces could not be found in the photo report).
Leps was also supported by his colleagues in the creative workshop — Andrei Grigoriev-Apollonov from Ivanushki, actors Igor Mirkurbanov, Olesya Sudzilovskaya, stylist Evgeny Sedoy, journalist Elena Khanga, and the young muse of the artist Aurora Kiba.

The art community and people interested in contemporary art completed the week at the Timiryazev Center. The 13th Cosmoscow International Contemporary Art Fair was held there from September 12 to 14. The artist created a minimalistic monochrome series of objects resembling icons in shape, cleaned to their base — levkas.
Among the most expensive works presented at the fair this year are paintings by Georgy Puzenkov on the stand of the pop/off/art gallery for 50 thousand euros, i.e. about 5 million rubles. Another object estimated to be worth millions is the sculpture "BUNDLE of Desires" by the artists of the Playground 112 art group on the stand of the Artzip gallery, referring to childhood memories when "trees were big," the description says. It costs 3.9 million rubles.
