The Polish military did not confirm the violation in the country's airspace, which was reported on Saturday, September 13. This was announced on September 14 by the operational command of the republic's Armed Forces.

"The actions taken did not confirm the indications of our systems and, therefore, did not confirm the fact of a violation of Polish airspace," the ministry said in a statement on the social network X (ex. Twitter).

The operational command suggested that incorrect readings from radar systems "could be related to weather conditions."
