The death toll after an explosion on railway tracks in the Orel region has increased to three. This was announced on September 13 by the governor of the region Andrey Klychkov.

"Unfortunately, bad news has come from the hospital — a wounded Russian guardsman has died. The government of the Orel region will provide the necessary assistance to the families of our fighters," he wrote on his Telegram channel.
