Ganchev reported on the almost complete withdrawal of the Ukrainian Armed Forces from Kupyansk

The Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) have almost completely left Kupyansk. This was announced on September 13 by the head of the military-civil administration of the Kharkiv region, Vitaly Ganchev.

"Our stormtroopers have already visited the city itself, everyone saw these shots when the guys were already practically in the center of Kupyansk. This suggests that the Ukrainian armed gangs have practically left the city, they have remained only in certain Ukrainian positions, which are well protected. And they are already trying to move away from the front lines, of course," he said on the air of Solovyov Live.
