Pamfilova reported about 100 hacker attacks on the infrastructure of the DEG
Approximately 100 hacker attacks have been recorded on the remote electronic voting (DEG) infrastructure since the start of voting in the 2025 elections, while over 130,000 attacks have been carried out on the Internet portal of the Central Election Commission of Russia. This was announced by the chairman of the commission, Ella Pamfilova, during a briefing at the information center of the Central Election Commission of the Russian Federation on September 13.
"Since the start of voting, more than 130 thousand people have already been registered. [hacker] attacks on the portals of the Central Election Commission of Russia on the Internet, <...> about 100 attacks were recorded on the infrastructure of remote electronic voting," she said.
