Two teenagers died in an accident in the Rostov region.

In the Rostov region, a driver killed two teenagers crossing the road on an electric scooter while passing a controlled intersection. This was announced on September 13 by the regional state traffic inspectorate.

It is specified that the accident occurred in the city of Volgodonsk. The driver of an Audi A6 car ran into a traffic light and collided with an electric scooter driven by teenagers born in 2008.

"As a result of a traffic accident, a minor driver of an individual mobility vehicle and his minor passenger died on the spot before the ambulance arrived," the Telegram channel said.

Specialists are working at the scene. Additional circumstances of the incident are being established.

On September 12, the main directorate of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Nizhny Novgorod region reported that three people, including one child, were killed and two injured in an accident involving three cars on the highway near the village of Malaya Pica.
