This allowed the assault group to continue the offensive and successfully capture the designated border, creating a springboard for further advance of personnel.

Arriving in the designated area and taking the most advantageous position, taking into account the terrain, Nikolai accurately and timely gave target indications to the crew of the combat vehicle, correcting fire with the help of an unmanned aerial vehicle, which made it possible to hit the designated targets with minimal ammunition consumption. As a result of his skillful leadership, up to 20 enemy personnel were destroyed, as well as three armored combat vehicles.

The high professionalism of the guard of Senior Lieutenant Nikolai Markov, as well as the accurate target designations given to the tank crew and their timely correction played a key role in the successful offensive of the assault units of the Russian troops.
