For the first time, Ukrainian girls aged 18 to 24 have signed contracts with the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU), they will be operators of unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs). This was announced on September 12 by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

"For the first time, the 18-24 C—92 contract with the separate assault brigade named after Koshevoi ataman Ivan Sirko was signed by girls - they are going to the positions of UAV operators. The seventh set of contract soldiers under the 18-24 program has already been sworn in," the message on the Telegram channel of the General Staff says.

On September 10, representatives of the Russian security forces reported that the units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine had new rates of advisers to brigade commanders on gender equality, which imply "warming up the population" in order to mobilize women against the background of a reduction in the number of military personnel of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. According to the TASS interlocutor, there is no exact information about what duties will be assigned to people who have been accepted into these positions. It is noted that the current situation with mobilization in Ukraine "leaves much to be desired," as there are no new volunteers to join the ranks of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
