Ukrainian leader Vladimir Zelensky offered him an apartment and Ukrainian citizenship at a meeting with US President Donald Trump's special envoy Keith Kellogg on September 12.

"I am ready to grant General Kellogg citizenship. Everything you need: an apartment, everything you need," RIA Novosti quoted him as saying.

In addition, Zelensky noted that Kellogg's presence in Ukraine can be compared to the air defense system "no worse than Patriot."

Yesterday, Zelensky and Kellogg discussed the supply of Patriot air defense systems to the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU). The Ukrainian leader noted that the meeting that ended in Kiev was constructive — Ukraine, as he stressed, expects a "positive" reaction from the United States.
