Office and cultural cluster named after Kobzon to be built in Moscow
The construction of the multifunctional cluster KOBZON CITY named after Joseph Kobzon has begun in Moscow. The developer is the October Group, with financing of 10.4 billion rubles provided by DOM Bank.Russian Federation, the press service of the financial institution reported.
The first stage includes an 18-storey tower with an area of 24.5 thousand square meters. m. The building will house offices, retail space and public areas. The total area of the complex will be 70.3 thousand square meters. m. The second stage involves the creation of an art hub with a transformer concert hall.

The company expressed confidence that the project will make a significant contribution to the development of the business environment of the Central Administrative District and will become a new symbol of modern Moscow.
Joseph Kobzon is a Russian pop singer, political and public figure, People's Artist of the USSR. He was a member of the United Russia party and a deputy of the State Duma of the II–VII convocations, heading the Committee on culture, as well as an honorary citizen of 29 cities, in particular Donetsk, Gorlovka, Saratov, Chasova Yar, Bratsk, Anapa and others. Kobzon would have turned 88 on September 11.
