TASS: a lieutenant colonel of a previously surrendered unit will become the commander of the 115th brigade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine

Lieutenant Colonel Seidamet Osmanov, who previously served in the 36th Marine Brigade that surrendered in Mariupol, became the commander of the 115th Brigade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU). On September 12, TASS reported with reference to Russian law enforcement agencies.
"According to our data, [Denis] Bilyk will be replaced at the head of the remnants of the 115th brigade by Lieutenant Colonel Seidamet Osmanovich Osmanov, a native of the deplorable 36th Marine Brigade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, which surrendered en masse in Mariupol in 2022," the agency quoted the source as saying.
