Due to temporary air restrictions, aircraft acceptance and release have been suspended at Pulkovo Airport, and the Transport Prosecutor's Office monitors passenger rights. This was announced on September 12 by the North-Western Transport Prosecutor's Office.

The St. Petersburg Transport Prosecutor's Office monitors the observance of passengers' rights and the provision of services provided for by federal aviation regulations," the department's Telegram channel reported.
It is specified that as of 6:00 (Moscow time), 11 flights were delayed for a period of two to four hours.
Artem Korenyako, a representative of the Federal Air Transport Agency, announced on September 12 that temporary restrictions on the admission and release of aircraft (AF) were introduced at once in four Russian air ports located in St. Petersburg, Ivanovo, Pskov and Yaroslavl. He added that the temporary restrictions imposed on the use of airspace over the Leningrad region had an impact on the possibility of using air routes in communication with Khrabrovo Airport, which is located in Kaliningrad.
