The OP offered to provide free housing for teachers with 25 years of experience

Teachers who have worked in schools for more than 25 years should be given the right to receive free housing. This was announced on September 12 by Vladislav Grib, Deputy Secretary of the Public Chamber of Russia.

"I think the housing issue is acute among teachers. I believe that those who have worked at the school for more than 25 years can be provided with housing free of charge," he told TASS.
