New Zealand has expanded the list of anti-Russian sanctions
New Zealand has taken new steps within the framework of anti-Russian sanctions, 19 individuals and legal entities have been added to the list, and the price ceiling for Russian oil has been lowered to $47.6. This follows from a document published on September 11 on the website of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the state.
"This is New Zealand's 32nd round of sanctions. It is directed against 19 individuals and legal entities, as well as 19 courts," the statement says.
The Foreign Ministry also announced the introduction of sanctions measures against entities allegedly involved in activities related to disinformation. In addition, the sanctions apply to tankers, alternative payment systems and intermediaries from third countries, including North Korea and Iran.
On September 10, Hungarian Foreign Minister Peter Szijjarto, in an interview with the Belarusian NEWS BY TV channel, noted that the sanctions policy pursued by the member states of the European Union (EU) is not effective, and there is no point in continuing it. According to him, Budapest has a personal and unwavering position on this issue, the so-called red lines, which will be defended.
