Seaside sanatorium "Sadgorod" became the property of the state

The Sadgorod sanatorium in Primorsky Krai was returned to state ownership. The corresponding claim to the Arbitration Court was filed by the regional prosecutor's office.

According to IA PrimaMedia with reference to the press service of the supervisory authority, it was found that JSC "Seaside Resorts" illegally registered ownership of the sanatorium facilities, without the knowledge of the state. The company has made several insignificant transactions on the alienation of the sanatorium's property in favor of affiliated persons. This led to a deterioration in the condition of the "Garden City".

The prosecutor's office applied to arbitration with a claim for the recovery of the land and facilities of the sanatorium in favor of the Russian Federation. All requirements have been satisfied.

The agency recalls that the regional arbitration court satisfied the claim of the Prosecutor General's Office against 32 defendants who owned land and real estate near Ulysses Bay in Vladivostok. The prosecutor's office demanded to invalidate the transactions that were concluded from 2003 to 2022.
