According to the decree of the government of the Russian Federation, the heating season starts when the average daily temperature does not rise above +8 degrees for more than five days.

Earlier it was reported that the authorities of several cities of the Irkutsk region decided to start the heating season. Heat will start flowing into the buildings on September 11. Utilities will be involved in regulating the system over the weekend. Next week, heat will enter residential buildings.
