The summer increase in salary offers in the housing and communal services sector and urban infrastructure has become the most significant compared to the same period in 2024, follows on September 11 from the Avito Jobs study, which was reviewed by RBC.

According to the company, in the summer of 2025, the housing and communal services and urban infrastructure industry showed the largest increase in salary offers among all areas. The average salary in this area was 79,640 rubles per month with a fixed schedule, which is 43% more than last year.

It is specified that the janitor's position showed the greatest dynamics, where the salary increased by 25% and reached 51,541 rubles per month. Janitors can work in separate shifts of 4-5 hours, or in a full-time format with flexible assignment of responsibilities.

In addition, offers for electricians increased by 8% this summer, with an average salary of 77,204 rubles per month with a fixed schedule. Wage increases were also recorded for locksmiths (by 18%, to 96,733 rubles) and turners (by 13%, to 176,686 rubles per month).

Earlier, on September 8, it was reported that starting from October 1, salaries of employees who receive payments from the federal budget will be indexed by 7.6%. The relevant decision was fixed by the Government of the Russian Federation in the official order No. 2071-r dated August 1, 2025. This document is the legal basis for the upcoming indexing.
