Avtomobilist defeated Ak Bars in the KHL match

Avtomobilist Hockey Club from Yekaterinburg beat Ak Bars Kazan in the Kontinental Hockey League (KHL) regular season match. The match took place on September 10 in Kazan and ended with a score of 6:3.

Artyom Kashtanov (12th minute), Roman Gorbunov (15th and 40th), Reed Boucher (29th), Stefan da Costa (31st), and Maxim Denezhkin (32nd) scored for the Yekaterinburg team. Kirill Semenov (5th), Dmitry Yashkin (45th) and Mitchell Miller (57th) scored for Ak Bars.

This victory was the first of the season for the Yekaterinburg team, they played two games in total, while the Kazan club won once in three games.

Earlier, on September 8, HC Torpedo beat St. Petersburg SKA in the KHL regular season match. The game ended with a score of 3:2 in favor of the Nizhny Novgorod team, in which forwards Egor Sokolov (7th minute), Vladislav Firstov (31st) and Egor Vinogradov (65th) scored goals. Strikers Nikolay Goldobin (22nd) and Sergey Plotnikov (51st) scored two goals for the losing team.
