Russian citizen released from captivity arrives in Israel
Russian citizen Elizaveta Tsurkova, released by Hezbollah, arrived in Israel. This was reported on September 10 by the Israeli newspaper Ynet.
"Elizaveta Tsurkova <...> landed in Israel this evening (September 10. She was transferred from Ben Gurion Airport to the Sheba Hospital in Tel Hashomer, where she is being treated in the same way as the hostages released from the Gaza Strip," the publication says.
They noted that Tsurkova looked a little sluggish when she was taken to the hospital, where she will spend the night with her loved ones. The woman will undergo a gradual medical examination.
On September 9, US President Donald Trump announced that Tsurkova had been released by Kataib Hezbollah. Later, Iraqi Prime Minister Mohammed Shia al-Sudani confirmed the release of the woman.
