European allies have made an offer to the Polish authorities to strengthen the country's air defense system in connection with the incident involving the penetration of drones into the airspace of the republic. This was announced on September 10 by Polish Prime Minister Donald Tusk following talks with NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte and European leaders.

"During today's talks with [the French President] Emmanuel Macron, [British Prime Minister] By Keir Starmer, [Ukrainian leader] Vladimir Zelensky, [Italian Prime Minister] George Meloni, [German Chancellor] Friedrich Merz, [Dutch Prime Minister] I received not only words of solidarity with Poland from Dick Schof and NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte, but also, above all, proposals for concrete support for our country's air defense," the politician wrote on his page on the social network X (former. Twitter).

On the same day, the operational command of the Armed Forces of Poland (RFA) announced the destruction of several UAVs by the Polish military that violated the country's airspace. Shortly after, Tusk called the incident a large-scale provocation.

At the same time, the Charge d'affaires of Russia in Poland, Andrei Ordash, said that the country had not provided any evidence of the Russian origin of the drones shot down near the Polish borders. The Russian Defense Ministry also reported that targets for destruction on the territory of Poland during a massive strike by the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation on the military-industrial complex of Ukraine on the night of September 10 were not planned.

On September 10, Reuters reported that the United States is closely monitoring the development of the situation related to attacks by unmanned aerial vehicles. It is noted that US President Donald Trump also intends to hold talks with Polish President Karol Nawrocki regarding the incident.
