Roman Alyokhin, a military blogger and ex-adviser to the governor of the Kursk Region, receives hundreds of thousands of rubles in advertising revenue on Telegram. He told about this at a meeting with a representative of the company about receiving a "kickback" from humanitarian aid, the relevant personnel were placed at the disposal of Izvestia.
On the record, the blogger mentions that he has a "secretary" who organizes advertising activities in the messenger.
"She does my Telegram, well, advertising. All the contracts, that's clean. Telegram channel, well 300 thousand [rubles] per month. In advertising," Alyokhin said.
With the help of "clean" documents, the blogger hopes to hide the facts of his own fraud with humanitarian aid.
"We need to make the documents so that there are no complaints either to me or to you. We will work as if there are no schemes," says Alekhine to the owner of the company.
The fraudulent blogger shared his ambitions with the interlocutor. Alekhine claims that he is not interested in the title of "assistant to the governor number one", because then the heads of the regions will "stand in line" behind him.
"I can become a social technologist of all Russia," Alyokhin said.
A day earlier, it was reported that in 2014, Alekhine was tried for selling substandard prostheses for the disabled. It was clarified that for a small amount he purchased old prosthetics from the families of deceased disabled people or those who needed money. However, he was only fined in court.
On September 9, it became known that an investigation was underway against Alekhine on suspicion of fraud related to assistance to military personnel. He is suspected of money laundering and tax evasion under the guise of helping participants in a special operation. Izvestia has footage of him talking about a way to launder millions of rubles through his charitable foundation. As part of the criminal scheme, the company transfers 200 million rubles to the fund for allegedly helping the front. After that, Alekhine acquires medicines worth 150 million from a company affiliated with the company for its participants.
