If the information about the elimination of the leaders of the Palestinian Hamas movement as a result of an Israeli strike on the capital of Qatar is not confirmed, the country's Defense Army (IDF) will finish what it started next time. This was announced on September 10 by Israel's Ambassador to the United States, Yechiel Leiter.

According to the diplomat, a wave of criticism is about to descend on Israel again, but it will not stop Tel Aviv from achieving its goals.

"Right now, we may be the target of a little criticism. They'll get over it. Israel is changing for the better," the Reuters news agency quoted him as saying.

The day before, the IDF announced that they had attacked the top leadership of the Hamas movement. The Israel Defense Forces stressed that measures had been taken before the strike to minimize damage to the civilian population. Thus, the strikes were carried out with precision weapons and additional intelligence data was used.

On the same day, Al Hadath TV channel, citing sources, reported that the head of the Palestinian Hamas movement, Khalil al-Haya, and three other members of the leadership were killed during the Israeli operation. A little later, Hamas denied this information and stated that among those killed in the attack were Khalil al-Haya's son, one of his assistants, as well as a Qatari officer.

All important news is on the Izvestia channel in the MAX messenger.
