H&N will support the Bolshoi Theatre
Health & Nutrition (H&N), a leading Russian manufacturer of dairy products, baby food, and plant-based products, has become an official sponsor of the Bolshoi Theater. The company will provide comprehensive support to the theater, the H&N press service said.
"The Bolshoi Theatre is the pride of Russia, its most important cultural center and a platform for dialogue between art and the audience. This year, the Bolshoi Theater opens its 250th anniversary season, and it is a great honor for us to receive the status of an official sponsor in this significant year," said Ruslan Alisultanov, Chairman of the Board of Directors of H&N.
He also expressed confidence that cooperation with the theater will help realize the creative team's bold ideas for the new season, as well as be useful for the development of theatrical art, its popularization and the formation of cultural values and traditions.
Business support for culture and art has become an increasingly common practice in recent years. For theaters and museums, this is an opportunity to expand their horizons and implement large-scale projects that require significant resources. For companies, this is an opportunity to take a direct part in the development of national culture and clearly demonstrate their social mission.
H&N expects that the partnership with the Bolshoi Theatre will help to increase the accessibility of culture in society, as well as strengthen ties between business and the arts. "We believe that taking care of health and proper nutrition is directly related to the development of culture, education, and the preservation of traditions. The Bolshoi Theatre is a symbol of national identity, and we want it to remain accessible and inspiring to new generations of viewers," the company stressed.
The anniversary season of the Bolshoi Theatre is one of the most important events in the cultural life of the country. Founded in 1776, the theater has become not only the main stage of Russia, but also one of the symbols of Russian culture in the world.
Today, the Bolshoi Theatre consists of several stages, including the historical stage, the new stage and branches, a rich repertoire from classics to modern productions, international tours and collaborations with the largest artists of the planet.
The opening of the 250th anniversary season is dedicated to Pyotr Tchaikovsky: 2025 marks the 185th anniversary of the birth of the great composer. New productions are expected in the playbill, including ballet and opera premieres, projects for youth audiences and special holiday programs.
"We see that people are becoming more interested in cultural events, and we want to be a part of this process. Our products are about health, energy, and the joy of life. And art is something that helps to maintain inner balance and inspiration. And in this sense, we speak the same language as the Bolshoi Theater," Ruslan Alisultanov notes.
