Military blogger Alekhine attributed his participation in Operation Potok
Roman Alyokhin, a military blogger from Kursk and ex-adviser to the governor of the Kursk region, attributes his participation in Operation Potok to enter the rear of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU). In an interview with Izvestia correspondent Igor Kaporikov, he complained that he was allegedly the only one left without a reward for this.
"Everyone received awards for Operation Potok, but I, who was on the tube, received nothing at all. I only had five injections of detox into my vein because I was poisoned. <...> I was a deputy political officer of Hades. I was at the pipe, that is, I went to the pipe the night before the start of Operation Potok and was there until it ended," he said.
Alekhine still has a photograph from the scene, but he is unarmed in it. The blogger claims that he had all the competencies for a deputy political officer of the Aida group. At the same time, according to him, he became a participant in Operation Potok because of "wild military luck."
Alekhine said that in a week, when he came to the front, he set up IT there. At the moment, he continues to do so. So, Alekhine deals with servers for headquarters, magazines, and so on.
After the start of the "Stream", the blogger strained all the volunteers for the squad. As a result, screens for drones, batteries, and communications backpacks were delivered for the operation.
"Today, a deputy political officer is a person who <...> I have everything for this. First of all, I graduated, I have an EMBA in social technology, European. I studied in Tallinn. That's enough already. I've been managing people all my life and I know how to motivate people. This is the most important thing," Alyokhin stressed.
The Izvestia correspondent asked how Alekhine was able to get into the unit. When asked if the blogger had received a summons to join the army in 2022, he replied in the affirmative. However, in the end, Alekhine, according to him, was not among those mobilized.
Alekhine is suspected of money laundering and tax evasion under the guise of helping participants in a special operation. On September 9, Izvestia obtained footage of him talking about a way to launder millions of rubles through his charitable foundation. As part of the criminal scheme, the company transfers 200 million rubles to the fund for allegedly helping the front. After that, Alekhine acquires medicines worth 150 million from a company affiliated with the company for its participants. According to the Izvestia source, law enforcement officers are conducting an investigation into the blogger.
