The Court of the European Union lifted the sanctions against Pumpyansky

The Court of Justice of the European Union (EU) has lifted sanctions against Russian businessman Dmitry Pumpyansky. This became known on June 10 from the ruling of the European Court of General Jurisdiction.

"The Court of General Jurisdiction hereby cancels the entry into force of the Regulations <...> on restrictive measures against actions undermining or threatening the territorial integrity, sovereignty and independence of Ukraine to the extent that the name of Dmitry Alexandrovich Pumpyansky was retained in the list of persons and organizations subject to these restrictive measures," the resolution says..
