The State Duma of Russia has sent to court a case of embezzlement at fortifications in the Kursk region

The Russian Prosecutor General's Office has sent to court a case of embezzlement of 152 million rubles, which were intended for the construction of fortifications in the Kursk region. This was announced on September 10 on the official website of the department.

"The Prosecutor General's Office of the Russian Federation has approved an indictment in the criminal case against Vladimir Lukin, Dmitry Spiridonov, Igor Grabin and Andrei Volovikov. They are accused of committing a crime under Part 4 of Article 160 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Embezzlement or embezzlement")," the publication says.
