The architecture of the National Healthcare Congress business program has been published

The architecture of the business program has been published on the official website of the 4th National Congress with international participation "National Healthcare". The event will take place on October 22-23, 2025 in Moscow at the site of the National Center "Russia". The Congress will be organized by the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation and the Roscongress Foundation. The organizing partner of the event is FSBI "TSNIIOIZ" of the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation.

The architecture of the business program includes 7 thematic blocks: "Human capital of the industry", "Digitalization and data management", "Processes, quality, satisfaction", "Health care", "Proper nutrition", "Infrastructure, finance and Resource management" and "Implementation of federal projects".

The event will bring together heads of federal and regional authorities, senior and practicing doctors, scientists and industry experts to develop strategic solutions for the development of the Russian healthcare system. The participants will discuss the comprehensive modernization and digitalization of the healthcare system aimed at improving the availability and quality of medical care, the development of primary care, the fight against cardiovascular and oncological diseases, the introduction of new technologies, as well as issues of maternal and child health. Special attention will be paid to staffing and increasing public satisfaction with the work of medical institutions through digitalization and the introduction of AI solutions for personalized care and process optimization.

One of the cross-cutting topics of the Congress will be "Proper nutrition". As part of a separate track, the best regional practices on the formation of a culture of conscious eating behavior will be presented, as well as the harmonization of approaches to nutrition regulation, including tax policy and international cooperation of the CIS countries.

The 4th Congress assumes the largest business program for the entire duration of the event – 35 sessions, round tables and discussions on the most important topics for healthcare organizers," said Olga Kobyakova, Director of the Central Research Institute of Healthcare Organization and Informatization of the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation.

The 4th National Congress with international participation "National Healthcare" will become a platform for open dialogue, exchange of experience and formation of a new architecture of national healthcare that meets the challenges of the time.
