Minsk called Warsaw's decision to close the border with Belarus anti-national
Belarusian Foreign Minister Maxim Ryzhenkov called the decision of the Polish authorities to close the border with the republic during the Belarusian-Russian Zapad–2025 exercises anti-popular. On September 10, he announced this at a press conference after a meeting of the Belarusian-Hungarian commission for economic cooperation.
"If we look at the economic side, then this step is primarily anti-national. Because it is directed against ordinary people who have determined in advance for themselves the routes of departure, trips to their relatives and loved ones, for tourist purposes across the Polish border," TASS quoted him as saying.
