The State Duma spoke about the impact of lack of work experience on retirement

In the absence of a fixed 15-year length of service and 30 pension coefficients, Russians will receive only a social pension, not an insurance one. This was announced on September 10 by State Duma Deputy Alexander Yakubovsky.

"The sizes are also different. On average, the insurance pension in 2025 is about 23 thousand rubles, and the social pension is about 8-10 thousand rubles, depending on the region and the established allowances. This means that a person will not be left completely without a pension, but the social payment is much lower. Therefore, it is important to work officially and have experience, because this is what determines the future standard of living," he said in an interview with RT.
