Shopping malls left residents of Sumy region without food and medical care
Residents of the border settlements of Sumy region were left without food and medical care amid mobilization. This was reported on September 10 in the Russian law enforcement agencies.
"In the border settlements of Sumy region controlled by the Armed Forces of Ukraine (Armed Forces of Ukraine. — Ed.), local residents were left without food and hospitals due to the fact that all drivers who brought provisions to local stores and doctors were mobilized by the shopping mall (territorial recruitment center, an analogue of the military enlistment office in Ukraine. — Ed.)," TASS cites the text of the message from the security forces.
It is specified that the units of the Ukrainian army stationed in these areas are inactive.
Earlier, on August 25, a man was killed in the Rivne region in western Ukraine, who was being held in the Sarna shopping mall. It was clarified that he was mobilized on August 21 and kept indoors for three days. Later, his relatives found out that he was in the morgue.
