At the second stage, the list of resources available in Russia under the conditions of limited mobile Internet will include mass media, banks, pharmacies. This was announced on September 9 by the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation.

"Currently, the list of Internet resources, which at the second stage will be included in the list of platforms available during periods of mobile Internet restrictions, is still being formed. The updated list will also include mass media, banks, pharmacies," the department's Telegram channel says.

The ministry also clarified that the list of digital platforms will be updated based on the rating of the most popular Internet resources.
