The Russian Ministry of Defense talked about the exploits of Russian servicemen in their combat zone

On September 10, the Russian Ministry of Defense spoke about the exploits of Russian military personnel in the area of the special military operation (SVO).

The ministry noted the actions of the guard of Private Ruslan Tsepelev, who, during the performance of tasks in one of the tactical areas, as a mechanic-driver of a T-90 tank, delivered assault groups on armor to the strongholds of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU).

Arriving at the destination area, the tank crew took up a position for infantry landing, but before they could gain a foothold, they faced a massive attack from the enemy. The tank commander assessed the situation, ordered the crew to install a smoke screen and fired at the Ukrainian Armed Forces. At that time, Tsepelev was maneuvering to deliver assault groups to reserve positions.

Thanks to his precise actions, reserve positions were reached, and the AFU strongholds were hit by fire.

In addition, the Russian Defense Ministry drew attention to the actions of Guard Senior Sergeant Vitaly Dzyubenko, who, during the combat mission to destroy enemy manpower and equipment in one of the tactical areas, commanded the calculation of a 122-millimeter D-30 howitzer.

During the battle, Dzyubenko received information by radio that the enemy had discovered his firing position and sent FPV drones to the artillery piece. The senior sergeant immediately made a decision and gave the command to calculate the relocation of the howitzer.

While moving to a new firing line, Dzyubenko ordered the personnel to take defensive positions and destroy the enemy's FPV drones. After successfully repelling the drone attack and neutralizing the air threat, the D-30 howitzer crew took up a new covert position.

Thanks to Dzyubenko's skilful command, the calculation managed to repel the enemy's air attack and avoid casualties among the personnel.

On September 9, the Russian Defense Ministry reported that Russian military personnel had hit ammunition depots, command posts and launch sites for Ukrainian Armed Forces drones. It is specified that the defeat was inflicted by tactical aircraft, attack drones, as well as missile forces and artillery groups. Russian fighters also eliminated the launcher and control cabin of the S-300 anti-aircraft missile system (SAM) of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
