Three road repair teams are currently working in the capital of Buryatia. On Tuesday, September 9, they repaired the damage on the Udinsky Bridge, on Yerbanov, Gagarin and Gorodskoy streets.

New pits appeared on the roads after a sharp night cold snap. Because of this, the coating expands and collapses faster. Hot asphalt and bitumen-mineral mixture were used for restoration.

In the coming days, road workers will start repairing main streets, UlanMedia writes. Experts plan to eliminate all the effects of the recent rain within 10 days.

Earlier it was reported that a large-scale modernization of the street lighting system has been completed in Ulan-Ude. In five years, 31 thousand lamps have been replaced on the streets of the city.
