Painted houses for cats with sea views appeared in Yalta

Two-storey houses for cats appeared in the Yalta city district. Apartments with sea views were placed on a Sunny path, said the head of the administration, Yanina Pavlenko, in her social networks on Tuesday, September 9.

"This is not just a Cat's House, but a new art object, painted with talented pens by pupils of the Yalta School of Art," the official said.

According to her, the billets for the cabins were created by volunteers of the Perevoda assistance center. The place was chosen for a reason — according to locals, several dozen cats live in caves and rocks.

There are already 20 similar hostels for cats in the district, writes IA SevastopolMedia. They are located in Yalta, Livadia, Gurzuf, Alupka, Massandra and Gaspra.

Earlier it was reported that the active landscaping of the City Garden square continues in Yalta. At the same time, several changes were made to the reconstruction project of the park. For example, to lay a drip irrigation system and install a public toilet in the recreation area.
