The court confirmed the verdict of the ex-deputy head of the Ministry of Defense Timur Ivanov

The First Court of Appeal of General Jurisdiction has upheld the verdict of Timur Ivanov, former deputy head of the Russian Defense Ministry, in the case of embezzlement of funds from the Intercommerce bank and embezzlement of money when buying ferries for the Kerch ferry. This was reported on September 9 by a correspondent of Izvestia from the courtroom.

The meeting was held behind closed doors. The court also upheld the verdict of the second person involved in the case, Ivanov's subordinate Artyom Filatov.
