HSE will train more than a thousand students under the "Social Coordinator" program in 2025

The Higher School of Economics will train more than a thousand students under the "Social Coordinator" program in 2025. The fourth training stream has started. Since the beginning of the year, 692 people have already been trained.

As part of the program, participants will gain the professional skills and knowledge necessary to further fulfill their official duties as social coordinators of the Defenders of the Fatherland Foundation.

Professional development takes place remotely, as well as in person – in Khabarovsk, Saratov, Novosibirsk, Yekaterinburg, Rostov-on-Don and the Moscow region.

Students will learn how to work with the specific life situations of their veterans and their family members. At the same time, they will learn more about the prevention of psychological burnout, social support for special operation participants, the organization of free legal aid at the foundation, career counseling and client-centered communications.

Since 2023, the Presidential Academy has been training social coordinators of the State Fund for Support of Participants in the special Military Operation Defenders of the Fatherland. During this time, over five thousand specialists have graduated from the program.
