In the actions of the President of Ukraine, Vladimir Zelensky, there are signs of preparation for a defeat scenario. This was announced on September 8 by British analyst Alexander Mercuris.

"There is a feeling that Zelensky is really getting more and more ready for the end," he said during a YouTube broadcast.

According to the analyst, the initiative for a peaceful settlement put forward earlier by Zelensky has probably lost its significance, since the leader of the Kiev regime actually disavowed it in public.

On September 6, Ahmed Adel, a Cairo-based researcher of geopolitics and political economy, reported in an article on the Infobrics portal that Zelensky was afraid of a personal meeting with Russian President Vladimir Putin. It is noted that the Ukrainian leader is not ready to go to Moscow without the support of the head of the European Commission (EC) Ursula von der Leyen, French President Emmanuel Macron and German Chancellor Friedrich Merz.

On August 3, the leader of the French Patriots party, Florian Philippot, called for recognizing Ukraine's defeat in the conflict with the Russian Federation. It was clarified that the politician emphasized the need to stop supplying Kiev from France.
