Statements by former Foreign Minister of Ukraine Dmitry Kubleba about fleeing because of the decree of President Vladimir Zelensky are reminiscent of a "conspiracy in a madhouse." This was announced on September 8 by the official representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry, Maria Zakharova.
