In the second week of September, price fluctuations are expected in the range of 82.50-83 rubles per dollar, 96-97.50 rubles per euro and 11.50–11.70 rubles per yuan, according to Spartak Sobolev, head of the Alfa-Forex Investment Strategy Research Department. He told Izvestia about this on September 8.

On September 8, the Central Bank of the Russian Federation set the exchange rate of the American currency at 81.5 rubles, the European currency at 95.4 rubles, and the Chinese currency at 11.3 rubles. At the same time, according to the Moscow Exchange, the exchange rate of the yuan on September 8 is 11.5 rubles.

"The ruble is under pressure from internal factors of slowing economic growth and the expectation of a key rate cut next Friday. Also, by the beginning of the fourth quarter, there is a demand for foreign currency from importers," Sobolev summed up.
