The Tagansky District Court of Moscow fined the American company Apple 3.5 million rubles for refusing to remove prohibited content on the Network. This was announced on September 8 in the press service of the courts of general jurisdiction in the Telegram channel.

"By a decision of the Tagansky District Court of Moscow, Apple Distribution International Limited (Apple Distribution International Ltd.) was found guilty of committing an administrative offense under Part 2 of Article 13.41 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation," the publication says.

It is specified that the court imposed a fine of 3.5 million rubles.

Earlier, on July 18, the court fined Apple 3 million rubles in accordance with Part 2 of Article 13.41 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation. On June 10, Apple was found guilty of LGBT propaganda (the movement is banned in Russia and recognized as extremist) and fined 6 million rubles.
