Miroshnik pointed to Kiev's attempts to conceal the number of dead mercenaries of the Armed Forces of Ukraine

Kiev is trying to hide the death toll of foreign mercenaries who took part in a special operation on the side of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU). This was announced on September 8 by the Russian Foreign Ministry's Ambassador-at-large for crimes of the Kiev regime, Rodion Miroshnik.

"It is quite difficult to establish the number of dead American mercenaries. This issue is actively being hidden by the Ukrainian side. There are facts that they are trying to depersonalize these dead people as much as possible, leaving them without documents, without data that could be used to identify him. And the Ukrainian militants have such an installation," he clarified in an interview with RIA Novosti.

According to him, after the death of a foreigner, the Ukrainian side either pulls out his body or brings it to such a state that as a result it is impossible to identify his identity.

Against the background of an acute shortage of personnel, Kiev is increasingly attracting "volunteers" from abroad.

The New York Post (NYP) newspaper, citing sources, reported on September 8 that at least 92 American mercenaries of the Armed Forces of Ukraine were killed during the fighting. It was noted that a total of several thousand US citizens serve in the Ukrainian army.
