"Island of Dreams" will celebrate the City Day

On September 14, the Island of Dreams will become the main City Day celebration venue in the Southern District of the capital. A large-scale program "The City on Seven Hills: from the Origins to the Future" has been prepared for residents and guests of Moscow, which will combine history and traditions with modern leisure formats.

The main idea of the holiday is to show Moscow's rich cultural heritage in a fascinating way and create a space for joy, inspiration and new discoveries.

On the territory of the Island of Dreams, seven thematic hill zones will unfold at once, which symbolize the historical heritage of Moscow and tell about seven areas of culture, leisure and sports in the Southern District. Here you can participate in the quest: you can answer his questions only by visiting all the zones of the event. Memorable prizes will be awarded to those who complete all the tasks.

A rich program has been prepared for the guests: a library and lecture hall, creative areas, master classes in decorative, applied and scenic arts, spectacular soap bubble shows, chemical experiments and a paper disco. A zone of scientific and technical creativity will operate in the Hill of Knowledge, and the Hill of Power will bring together sports, chess and martial arts enthusiasts. In the "Hill of Fun" you can play various board games.

A festive concert will be held on the main square with the participation of the city creative collectives of the GBU of Moscow "OKTs of the Southern Administrative District" and invited artists. And on the playground, visitors will find active games, inflatable rides, and sword fights – everyone will find something to their liking.

Master classes, lively performances, concerts and interactive entertainment will give Muscovites and guests of the city an atmosphere of inspiration, joy and a real holiday.
