He stressed that only those who have the necessary knowledge and experience can breed dogs. According to him, pedigreed puppies always have a high price from professional breeders, which is explained by their experience and significant material and physical costs. When puppies are bred "for health" or for entertainment, this often leads to sad consequences: mentally ill pets or unclaimed animals that end up on the street.

In addition, the dog handler stated that the dog's lack of offspring does not mean that it is devoid of a natural purpose. Over the millennia of living together with humans, animals have changed, and now the owners are responsible for maintaining the size and health of the population. Thus, the modern approach to breeding promotes the upbringing of healthy and hardy dogs.
