"In total, about 67 thousand suspicious accounts were blocked, more than 13 thousand malicious files were identified and deleted. Spam mailing attempts were the most common reason for blocking. The accounts from which fraudulent actions were attempted have been blocked for life," the statement said.

It is noted that the staff of the center is working with user requests around the clock. So, in August, 27 thousand user complaints were recorded, and the average time for reviewing applications was four minutes.

"In partnership with Kaspersky Lab, the automatic number verification feature has been implemented, which allows MAX users to provide an additional level of protection against telephone fraud," the message said.
