The State Duma talked about salary indexation in October

Starting from October 1, salaries of employees who receive payments from the federal budget will be indexed by 7.6% in Russia. This was stated by State Duma deputy from the United Russia party Alexei Govyrin.

"Starting from October 1, 2025, indexation will come into force for employees whose salaries are provided by the federal budget. The amount of the increase is set at 7.6%, and we are talking specifically about federal institutions and bodies, and not about regional or municipal organizations," the parliamentarian said.
